Against the job, if the list of applications shows two of every application such as:
- Bob Smith
- Bob Smith
- Mary Jones
- Mary Jones
- Steve Rigg
- Steve Rigg
- Jane Grant
- Jane Grant
This is because the same shortlisting form has been added twice when setting up the job. Please follow the steps below:
- Edit the job
- Select the Assessment tab
- Mid-way down the page is a section often called Shortlisting form or Sift Form (next to the Telephone Screen form)
- Check the field at the very bottom of the page called Panel Shortlist Form
- Does each field contain the same form? If it does, you will need to remove the form from one of the fields. Which one it is removed from depends on the correct field for your recruitment process.
- Once complete, press Save
- You should now have a list of applicants where each applicant appears just once. If not, please raise a ticket and we will correct it for you
- Please ensure your colleagues are aware to not add the same form in each of these fields
