INDEED DIRECT APPLY AND MICROSOFT TEAMS INTEGRATION - NOW AVAILABLE IN JOBTRAIN
Earlier this year we sent a survey to our clients. We listened to your feedback and we're pleased to share some updates. Many requested integrations with Indeed and Microsoft Teams and these are now ready to use. These two features will help you attract more talent and get them in for interview even faster - so what are they?
Indeed Direct Apply allows candidates to apply for a job from Indeed (where the job was first created in your Jobtrain platform). Candidates' CVs, and all their basic details from their Indeed profile, will automatically transfer across into Jobtrain and appear as a submitted application. One of our clients saw a 19% increase in application conversions in just 3 days!
This feature gives you the option to schedule MS Teams calls directly from within Jobtrain and have them appear in your MS Teams calendar - helping you to better facilitate interviews with candidates. This integration is free of charge - simply contact our support team who will be happy to activate it for you.

OFFER APPROVAL NOTIFICATION
In addition to tracking the progression of an offer approval in the More tab of a candidate’s profile – we’ve added some more functionality when an offer is approved or declined by an authoriser.
In the candidate’s history (the candidate who the offer is for), you can now see if the offer has been approved or declined by the authoriser. In the candidate’s history it is all documented and includes the name of the authorisation user, along with the time and date of the action. Read more on how this works.
CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS AT INTERVIEW STAGE – UPDATED NOTIFICATIONS
It’s always disappointing when a candidate withdraws their application, so making sure you’re notified as soon as this happens is really important too. That’s why we’ve updated the notifications you receive when this happens.

Getting to know your email templates
There’s never not a good time to spring clean - and your Email Templates should be on your spring clean list too.
Against Email Templates that are connected/linked to a candidate status, we recently added a new feature that tells you if it is a linked email. So, before you start deleting or radically changing the content of your Email Templates, first check if they're linked to a candidate status. If you've had some time away from Jobtrain, or if you’ve been lucky to get away on holiday, remembering passwords can sometimes be a challenge.
For those with access to System Users, you can now quickly identify users who have accidentally locked their accounts after too many incorrect login attempts. For more details, take a look at this section in our guide.
