My Jobs Functionality - How it Works

My Jobs functionality has 3 modes to choose from, but only one can be used for the system as a whole. This choice of mode will have been chosen by your System Administrator rather than Jobtrain.


The three modes are:

  1. Will display the jobs which you have used the Add to My Jobs option (essentially your favourites)
  2. Will display jobs that you have been tagged into (within the Job Access tab in a job record)
  3. Security role-based: the same as mode 2, but with any jobs for which you have access by location/division
