Bulk/Cohort recruitment reporting in AIRB

In this guide we will cover how to report on Bulk Recruitment Jobs. This guide includes:

Producing a list of jobs using the bulk cohort recruitment functionality

Go to:

  • Create Report
  • Choose Bulk Recruitment – Jobs view/dataset
  • Add Jobid metric and Bulk Type dimension from the left hand menu of fields to Columns

Note: In the above screenshot, additional fields like Job Title and Job Status used in either columns or filters are shown. This is achieved by using a sub-query append to the Application view/dataset, guidance for which can be found here.

Preferences

  • Adding the Preference dimension to columns will display the pre-determined preference choices for that job.

Note: Each preference requires a new line, so the date in the other columns is duplicated accordingly. We advise not to attempt to count candidate applications or the actual candidate preferences.

Producing a list of candidates and their preferences for each bulk/cohort job

Go to:

  • Create Report
  • Choose Bulk Recruitment – Candidate Preferences view/dataset
  • Add Jobid and Preference Rank metrics and Bulk Type and Preference Text dimensions from left hand menu of fields to Columns. In this view/dataset, Preference indicates the rank of the preference (whilst it is the Text dimension that corresponds to what is known as Preference in the Bulk Recruitment – Jobs view/dataset).

Note: In the above screenshot, additional fields like Job Title and Job Status used in either columns or filters are shown. This is achieved by using a sub-query append to the Application view/dataset, guidance for which can be found here.

Producing a count of candidates against a preference

Go to:

  • Create Report
  • Choose Bulk Recruitment – Candidates view/dataset
  • Add Preference Text dimension and CandidateID metric
  • Aggregate CandidateID using Count function.

Preference Ranks

  • Add Preference Rank metric to Filters or Rows to determine the rank of preference.
