Combining these insights, external research and our candidate survey data (Candidata™) - form our JobBrain™ data engine.

How do we use this data and insights?

The data we have access to provides all kinds of insights, including:

  • Delivering insights across the Talent Acquisition market
  • Insights into recruitment activity and candidate behaviour insights into specific industry sectors at macro and micro levels

We’ve split these services into 3 simple and easy-to-understand offerings:

Quarterly Talent Insights report

This service will analyse your organisation’s recruitment activity, efficiency, candidate sourcing and engagement, and ED&I every quarter for 12 months.

We build this information into an easy-to-read report that can be shared across your organisation or with senior stakeholders. In addition to the statistics, we also include sector and market benchmarking and external research, alongside considerations and our recommendations for you to consider.

Recruitment Process audit

Working with your recruitment stakeholders, we will use our extensive experience to gather high-level insights into your recruitment process and performance, through interviews and surveys and using benchmarking data. 

Our recommendations will be summarised into an easy-to-read report which contains clear recommendations for improvement.

Throughout the year, we create Talent Acquisition Market Reports that look at macro trends, benchmarking across sectors and the whole recruitment market.  As a client, you will receive these reports for free.
