We have outlined below the benefits you can expect to see from the new Jobtrain helpdesk system.


From here, you can:

  • Raise requests for help from within Jobtrain and receive an automated response with a reference number
  • Log in and check the status of your query at any time and see updates and comments towards resolution (NB. this will replace the automated scheduled reports)
  • The helpdesk will automatically prioritise the status of tickets so we can ensure resolution against our agreed SLAs
  • Access and search the user guides
  • Stay up to date with updates, announcements and software update notifications
