Implementation - Choosing a client name

One of the first decisions to make when you start your Jobtrain implementation will be to choose a ‘client name’.


Your ‘client name’ will be used to automatically populate some aspects of your Jobtrain platform e.g. the signature on system generated emails, or the display of the question on your candidate site for applicants to indicate if they are a current employee of ‘client name’.


Consider if your company name needs to include "Group" or "UK" and advise of the correct casing.

Advertising on Indeed

If you are already advertising jobs on Indeed, then you should consider using the same name as your Indeed account.  This will ensure that once you begin posting jobs via your new Jobtrain platform, the vacancies will automatically appear on your existing Indeed company page.


Multiple brands

If you have several brands or company names within your organisation, let your Project Implementation Manager know. We can ensure that your Jobtrain platform is configured to support multiple brands, and also include within your Indeed setup.
