  • Redeployees have exclusive access to a secure job portal where they can view and apply for roles designated solely for redeployment candidates.
  • Helps HR teams ensure a confidential and structured redeployment process.

Streamlined Caseload Management

  • Redeployment Managers can track and manage redeployees through customisable Redeployment Stages.
  • Detailed Redeployment history ensures transparency, compliance and reporting.
  • Assign Redeployees to jobs: Redeployment Managers can match redeployees to open positions based on preferences such as location, job type and salary.

Intelligent job matching

  • Advanced filtering options help match redeployees to the most relevant vacancies.
  • Pre-filled applications: Managers can assign redeployees to jobs as incomplete applications, reducing manual effort.

Exclusive job advertising for Redeployees

  • Recruiters can now advertise jobs exclusively on the Redeployment Portal, giving priority to redeployees before opening positions to internal or external candidates.
  • Future live dates allow staged job advertisement releases (e.g. advertise on the Redeployment Portal; then internally; and finally, externally).

Automated notifications and email templates

  • Redeployees receive automated notifications at key stages, including:
  • Registration on the Redeployment Portal.
  • Job Assignments (when matched to a role).
  • Application Status updates.
  • Dedicated job alert emails ensure redeployees stay informed about relevant opportunities.

Enhanced Recruiter and Hiring Manager experience

  • Redeployment icon: An R icon marks redeployee applications, ensuring recruiters can easily identify redeployees within the ATS.
  • Hover-over tooltips provide additional redeployment details, including the name of the assigned Redeployment Manager.
  • Search and filter functions enable recruiters to locate redeployment candidates quickly and easily.
